• Educational Qualification: Passed 10th Class (Matriculation) or equivalent. Computer knowledge will be given extra preference during merit selection.

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years (Must be an adult).

• Eligible Entities:

  • Registered Self-Help Groups (SHGs)

  • Women's Cooperative Societies

  • Ex-Servicemen Cooperative Societies

  • Educated Unemployed Persons & Persons with Disabilities

• Ineligibility: Elected representatives, flour mill owners, existing PDS dealer family members, minors, insolvent/unsound persons, or individuals holding an office of profit are ineligible.

Collectorate Begusarai Selection Process & Preference Order

No written exam or interview will be conducted. Selection will be based strictly on academic merit and priority criteria:

1. Priority given to SHGs, Women Cooperatives, Ex-Servicemen Cooperatives, and Educated Unemployed.

2. Preference for candidates with certified computer knowledge.

3. Preference for local residents of the respective Panchayat / Ward.

5. Residential & Caste Certificate: Issued by the Circle Officer (CO)

6. Character Certificate: Character certificate or affidavit sworn before an Executive Magistrate (less than 6 months old)

7. Affidavit: Executive Magistrate affidavit confirming no family PDS shop, no flour mill ownership, and non-holding of elected/office-of-profit posts.
