Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized board/university OR prescribed ITI Surveyor Certificate course.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi language.
- (Note: Candidates possessing a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering are excluded as per the notification rules).
Age Limit (as on Nov 20, 2026):
- 18 to 33 years. (Upper age relaxation applicable for SEBC/EWS/SC/ST/Women as per Gujarat state rules).

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Written Examination (CBRT / OMR):
- Total: 210 Questions | 210 Marks | 3 Hours (180 Minutes)
- Part A (90 Marks): Reasoning & Data Interpretation (30), Math (30), Constitution/Current Affairs/Gujarati & English Comprehension (30).
- Part B (120 Marks): Technical / Relevant Subject (Civil & Surveying).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer.
Physical Walking Test:
- Male Candidates: 25 KM within 4 Hours
- Female Candidates: 14 KM within 4 Hours
Document Verification: Final merit list preparation and document verification.
