1. General Manager (HR)

• No. of Vacancies: 01 (Regular)

• IDA Pay Scale: E-7 Scale | ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 / ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (Approx. ₹28 – ₹32 Lakhs CTC per annum)

• Upper Age Limit: 50 – 53 Years (as per cut-off date)

• Essential Qualifications: Full-time MBA / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / IR / Social Work from a recognized University/Institute.

• Exact Experience Criteria:

  • Minimum 18 Years of post-qualification executive experience in Core HR, Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Administration, and Compliance.

• Scale / Private Sector Requirements:

  • PSU / Govt Sector: Minimum 2 years of continuous service in the next lower pay scale of E-6 (₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 IDA) or CDA Pay Level 13 / equivalent.

  • Private Sector: Must produce proof of drawing a minimum annual CTC equivalent to the E-6 level benchmark for at least 2 consecutive years.

2. Manager (Finance)

• IDA Pay Scale: E-3 Scale | ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (Approx. ₹15 – ₹18 Lakhs CTC per annum)

• Essential Qualifications: CA / CMA / Full-time MBA (Finance).

  • Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, project accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial control.

• Scale / Private Sector Requirements:

4. Manager (IT)

• Essential Qualifications: Regular B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or Full-time MCA.

  • Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure management, ERP implementation, network security, and enterprise software systems.

• Scale / Private Sector Requirements:

  • PSU / Govt Sector: Minimum 2 years in the scale of E-2 (₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 IDA) or CDA Pay Level 9 / 10.

  • Private Sector: Proven track record in IT systems management with pay proof matching lower-grade parity for 2 years.

5. Manager (Rajbhasha)

• Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject at the Degree level from a recognized University.

  • Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in implementation of official language policy, translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa in Govt / PSU / corporate setup.

• Scale / Private Sector Requirements:

6. Deputy Manager (Finance)

• IDA Pay Scale: E-1 Scale | ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. ₹10 – ₹12 Lakhs CTC per annum)

• Essential Qualifications: CA / CMA / Full-time MBA (Finance).

  • Minimum 3 to 4 Years of post-qualification experience in handling corporate legal matters, arbitration, contract drafting, court litigation, or handling dispute resolutions in PSU/Govt/Private sectors.

• Scale / Private Sector Requirements:

  • PSU / Govt / Bar Practice: Minimum 2 years in the scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA) / CDA Pay Level 6 or active practice experience certified by Bar Council registration.

NPCC Core Components Included in CTC

In addition to the Basic Pay mentioned in the IDA scales, NPCC officers receive:

• Selection Method: Shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview or another evaluation process determined by NPCC.

  • General Manager: Level 13 / Scale-V equivalent (Approx. ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000)

  • Manager Level: E-2 Scale (Approx. ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000)

  • Dy. Manager Level: E-1 Scale (Approx. ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000)

3. Click on the Apply Online link and register with a valid email address and mobile number.
