National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released on 1st August 2026 on the official website www.npcc.gov.in. A total of 26 vacancies have been announced through the NPCC Recruitment 2026 for the posts of Executive Director (Engg.), Joint General Manager (Finance), Manager (Finance), Manager (HR), Deputy Manager (Finance), and Deputy Manager (Law).

NPCC Recruitment 2026 Pay Scale

As per the notification, in addition to the pay scale, Fringe Benefits such as DA, HRA, Perks, CPF, Gratuity, and Leave Encashment will be admissible as per NPCC Rules. A detailed consolidated CTC figure for each post is not specified beyond the pay scale ranges given above.

NPCC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for NPCC Recruitment 2026 is based on educational qualification, post-qualification experience, and age limit, which vary by post. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

NPCC Educational Qualification 2026

All qualifications must be full-time/part-time and regular/distance mode from a University/Institution recognized by UGC/AICTE, or an Indian/foreign University/Institution granted equivalence/recognition by AIU. Except for CA and CMA, the essential qualification for posts other than Executive Director (Engg.) and Dy. Manager (Law) should be of minimum two years' duration. For Dy. Manager (Law), the Graduate in Law at Bar must be a 3-year course after graduation or a 5-year course after Class 12. NPCC will decide the equivalence of qualifications at its discretion.

NPCC Post-Qualification Experience Required

The notification specifies detailed conditions for how this experience is counted, depending on whether the candidate is working in a regular cadre/contractual pay scale role or on consolidated remuneration, in government, semi-government, PSU, autonomous body, or non-government/private sector organizations. Post-qualification experience must be in the relevant field, and experience is counted only from the date of declaration of the result, or the date of issue of the final year mark sheet/provisional certificate/degree of the essential qualification, whichever is earliest, up to the cut-off date.

NPCC Age Limit 2026

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, and as applicable for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates, as per Government of India rules. For internal candidates, age is not a bar. The cut-off date for determining the upper age limit is 31.07.2026.

NPCC Selection Process 2026

As per the notification, the selection procedure will be decided by NPCC depending on the response received against the above posts. The selection criteria may be by way of a Personal Interview or by any other appropriate method, at the discretion of NPCC. The final selection will be based on performance in the interview (or the alternate method used), after which the "Offer of Appointment" will be issued. The selected candidate will be on probation for one year. The notification does not specify a separate written exam or skill test stage.
